Processing Time

All orders are processed 1-5 business days from the time of purchase. Since our products are made to order, please allow for additional time for us to craft and package your items with care.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We currently offer standard shipping for domestic orders within the U.S. Estimated delivery times will vary based on your location and shipping method chosen at checkout:

• Domestic Shipping: Delivery typically takes 2-5 days, depending on your location.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order, as well as your shipping address. You will be provided with shipping cost details before completing your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package’s progress. Please note that shipping carriers may take 24–48 hours to update tracking information once the package is in transit.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping carriers may experience delays due to weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. Unfortunately, Unearthed Naturals cannot control these delays and is not responsible for shipping carrier issues.
