Due to the handcrafted, botanical nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, we are here to help! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

  • Refunds or Replacements: Refunds or replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

  • Allergy or Sensitivity Issues: We encourage all customers to carefully read the ingredient list before purchasing. If you have concerns about allergies or sensitivities, we recommend performing a patch test before using our products.

  • Sale Items and Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
